1. Use the tongue muscle trainer to suck up the tongue, gently push the tongue inwards, and then pull it outwards to do back-and-forth motions
2. Use the tongue muscle trainer to suck up the tongue, do up and down, left and right and turn around the lips.
3. Place the mouthpiece of the trainer between the tongue and the upper jaw, suck it firmly with your mouth, and then slowly pull out the mouthpiece.
